Acceptable Use Policy

You must use GetSeeOn only for lawful fashion / ecommerce try-on and related creative generation that you are authorized to run.

Reference images, person photos, garment photos, prompts, and any other inputs are your sole responsibility. You represent that you own them or have permission, and that subjects (if any) have consented where required. GetSeeOn does not verify rights clearance for your uploads.

You may not upload, generate, request, or distribute content that:

• involves sexual content with minors (anyone under 18), or any exploitation of children;<br/>• is non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfake sexual content, or revenge porn;<br/>• is illegal under applicable law (including IP infringement you do not have rights for);<br/>• promotes extreme violence, terrorism, or credible threats;<br/>• is hateful harassment targeting protected characteristics;<br/>• attempts to bypass safety systems, scrape the Service, or attack infrastructure;<br/>• uses another person’s likeness without rights/consent where required.

Commercial use of celebrity or trademarked likenesses without authorization is prohibited.

Violations may lead to content removal, API key revocation, and indefinite account suspension without refund of plans or credits. We may preserve evidence and report to authorities when required by law.
