GetSeeOn / GFA Studio acts as controller for account, billing, and support data. Contact: hi@getseeon.com · Ankara & London offices listed on the site.

Depending on use, we may process: identity and contact data (name, email); account and role data; billing and payment metadata via our payment provider (Polar); usage and generation metadata; API key identifiers (not full secrets after creation); support messages; and technical logs (IP, device, approximate location derived from IP).

Images and prompts you upload are processed to deliver generations. Treat them as User Content under our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.

We process data to provide and secure the Service, authenticate users, bill plans and credits, prevent abuse, improve reliability, comply with law, and respond to requests.

Depending on the processing: contract performance (account & Service delivery); legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement); legal obligation; and consent where required (e.g. certain cookies or optional marketing).

We keep account and billing records for as long as the account is active and as required for tax, dispute, and legal purposes. Generation inputs/outputs may be retained to show History and for abuse review, subject to product settings and legal needs. You may request deletion subject to legal exceptions.

We use processors such as hosting, database, email, and payment providers (including Polar for checkout). Generation requests are sent to infrastructure we operate and to contracted AI processing backends under our control; end users are not shown upstream vendor brands in the product experience. We do not sell personal data.

Uploaded photos are used to run the features you request. You must not upload content you are not allowed to use. We may review or remove content that violates policy and may suspend accounts as described in the Acceptable Use Policy.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Türkiye: Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu; in the EU/UK: your local DPA). Use Contact or hi@getseeon.com.

We use essential cookies for authentication and locale. Analytics or marketing cookies, if introduced, will be disclosed and consented where required.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures (access control, encrypted transport, secret handling). No method is 100% secure; please protect your passwords and API keys.

Data may be processed in Türkiye, the UK/EEA, or other countries where our processors operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

The Service is not directed to children under 16 (or higher age required locally). Do not submit children’s data or imagery without lawful basis and consent where required.

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, additional notice.
