Terms of Service

If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

GetSeeOn provides AI-assisted virtual try-on and related generation tools for personal and commercial use subject to plan limits, credits, and these Terms. Features may change, be beta, or become unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use via Contact.

You are solely responsible for every image, prompt, reference, model photo, garment photo, and other material you upload or submit (“User Content”), including that you have all rights and consents needed to use that content with the Service.

User Content must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Content that violates that policy—including illegal, sexual involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, extreme violence, hate, or other prohibited material—may result in immediate and indefinite suspension of your account without refund.

Paid plans, credit packs, and on-demand credits are non-refundable and non-cancellable as purchases. Once purchased, a plan or credit allotment continues for its stated term or until credits are consumed. We do not reverse completed purchases because you stop using the Service mid-term.

Credits are consumed when a generation is started toward our processing pipeline (Studio or API), as described in the product UI and API docs.

Unused plan credits remaining in a billing period may be requested for carryover from the Credits page for up to 50% of that unused plan balance. If approved, those credits are moved into your on-demand pool so they are not lost on renewal. Requests are reviewed by GetSeeOn, are not guaranteed, and the approved amount may be lower than requested. Purchases remain non-refundable.

You may cancel a subscription at any time (for example via the customer portal) so that it does not renew. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period. Access and plan credits continue until the end of the already-paid term.

API keys are confidential. You must not share keys publicly or exceed rate or credit limits. Abuse, scraping of our systems, or attempts to reverse-engineer upstream vendors may lead to suspension.

GetSeeOn branding, software, and documentation remain ours. Subject to these Terms and your compliance, you may use outputs you generate for lawful purposes. You grant us a limited license to process User Content solely to operate and improve the Service and to enforce policies.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable; you must review them before commercial use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetSeeOn and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, including indefinitely for serious or repeated violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including billing, IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence require otherwise. Courts of Ankara shall have jurisdiction where permitted.
